Problem Statement -
Corporate decarbonization is one of the fastest-growing advisory markets globally. Yet Deloitte's Climate & Sustainability Team (CST) was running the entire client engagement lifecycle — from initial emissions estimation to project scoping — through disconnected spreadsheets, offline tools, and manual email threads - 'Fragmented System'
CST practitioners (Users): "We were losing pursuit conversations because we couldn't answer the most basic question fast enough: 'What would getting to net zero actually cost us?' We needed to show clients the art-of-the-possible in the first meeting."
